Here, you have to select the development or beta channels, which are the ones that are currently serving the preview builds of Windows 12. The first one is for the Alpha versions with more weekly updates, and the second one is for the beta ones with fewer updates but more stable. After selecting the development channel and continuing, a window will appear informing you that Microsoft is going to collect information about how you use your computer. This is normal in the Insider program and you must accept it, since it is the grain of sand that you put into the program, and with your information, Microsoft will be able to detect Windows 12 bugs and correct them.
And now, a screen will appear telling you that you are going to have to restart the computer to apply the changes. This is necessary since until you restart you will not finish joining the Windows Insider program, and you will not start downloading Windows 12. Once you have restarted your computer, go back to Windows Settings, go to Update & Security, and go to the Windows Update section. Here, check for new operating system updates, and Windows 12 preview builds will start downloading. When they’re downloaded, you’ll have to reboot, and voila, you already have Windows 12.

What about Windows 12 pro?
In addition to Windows 12 in its different commercial versions, Microsoft has also released Windows 12 SE. In this case, it is something that, unless you are in the educational world, should not interest you, because it is only for schools and you will not be able to install it at home. The idea is to offer an operating system that the directors of a school can install on the students’ computers, have control, and that the students cannot install anything that is not educational. The control will be the responsibility of the teachers, and even if the students took the computer home, they could not install anything without the permission of the teacher.
